Conditions of Sale . The Rocky Mountain Seed Co. guarantees arrival of orders in good condition as well as assures that our seeds are of good vitality and true to name as written on the package. We warranty to the extent of the of the purchase price that seeds or bulbs sold are as described in the container within recognized tolerances. Seller gives no other warranty, expressed or implied. Seeds are sold on a no return basis. Seeds may be returned only if there was an incorrect shipment by the Rocky Mountain Seed Co, or the seeds were damaged in shipment. Unwanted hard goods may be returned with a 10% restocking charge and the customer pays the return transportation.

Returning Goods. To return damaged goods or unwanted hard goods contact the Rocky Mountain Seed Co (303-623-6223) within 5 days of having received the goods to obtain a return authorization number. No goods will be accepted without prior authorization number.
